Thanks for your report. It seems that the BLAS people don't believe in
version numbers. Argh ...

Anyway, there are two quick solutions:

1) replace the checksum in src/blas.mk with 
"a643b737c30a0a5b823e11e33c9d46a605122c61"
2) use our current development version

... and one proper solution for your issue:

3) wait for the next release

I think about starting an emergency release, but on the other hand,
our next regular release will come soon, anyway.
