[Mingw-cross-env-list] Stable reference to the freetds source?

Hello Mark,

Do you see a way to find a stable reference to the freetds release
candidates? As you might have noticed, this is the only issue holding
up our next release.

Currently, I only see two possibilities:

a) using their old release and a big patch (as we did before)
b) waiting for their next release

Both options aren't really satisfactory. Do you see a better way
to handle this issue?
