[Mingw-cross-env-list] Preparation of release 2.9 - #2

Dear mingw-cross-env supporters,

thanks for your reports in the test run of mingw-cross-env!
Some serious problems had been found and fixed. Some packages
were upgraded, some new packages (VMime, libmng) were added.

So we need a second test run.

    Everyone is invited to help!

I'll wait for your test reports until

    Wednesday  (October 14, 2009)

If you need more time, just drop me a note.

another person, as any two systems are almost never configured
