[Lynx-dev] Can I Set a User Agent for an Individual Site?

Hi All: There are at least 3 sites I visit frequently where I receive an 
anoying 403 error. So each time I go in options and uncheck the user agent 
box. Can some1 please inform, can I set these on a per site basis? 2 of 
the sites involved,
radioinsight.com
Meanwhile
nationalinterest.org
That one I encounter an error when reading an article. L I N K S doesn't 
seem to have this issue. Thanks so much in advance.
Also, another site
www.crisisgroup.org
works in L I N K s  but L Y N X receives a 504 gateway timeout.
