It seemed odd, but once I'd removed the parameters, there was only a fragment
left in the top function that could not be executed since from_source_cache
was never true.

It's not quite as pretty as Vlad's hand-crafted pages (and doesn't use the
iirc controversial hook to retrieve the configuration settings), but should
be simple enough to maintain.  (Most of the changes I made to lynx.cfg were
to use tabs in the places where I wanted columns).
