One other point that has been missed on this round is that lieing about
the User Agent makes Lynx look even less common than it is, resulting in
there being even less pressure on authors to do things right.
(It should also be noted that sites that do do browser matches are the
more sophisticated ones, where there is some real hope of intelligence
being used - most apparent browser mismatches are the result of inappropriate
noframes text.)
