There's sure been a lot of questions on this from users
emailing to this list. Maybe expecting them to remember
this "trick" from the manual(?) is too much to expect
(lots and lots of features to remember). So:
Suggestion: for novice mode, maybe SAY that each time he
does a "d" on a non-history page (or if the link is of a
certain type file only?).
