Sorry, we didn´t notice that you replied to our question here. So we wrote
two weeks later a bug report.

Unfortunately we were in march busy with other problems. But this week we
start working again at this problem. 

For now I only can answer your "easy" questions:

Did you check that with a known-good application ? *Not yet.*
What version of lwIP are you using ? *We used lwip 1.4.1 and also source
from git.savannah.gnu.org (commit #70f3e5e). In both versions the problem 
exists.*
Where did you get it from ? *Lwip webpage or git repo.*
Do you use an OS ? NO_SYS=? *FreeRTOS*
What API are you using ? *I have to check this.*
Do you honor the threading rules ? *I have to check this.*
Do you know there are web servers in the contrib tree ? *Yes, we are using
netcon*

We will send you the wireshark capture file later.
