Thanks for that. I got CVS HEAD with another (linux) machine.
I have decided to try to bash the CVS HEAD PPP on top of 1.3.2. It compiles
with a few changes.
Is this a valid method, or should I use CVS HEAD for the entire LwIP stack?
I have not implemented the initialisation and callback processing (i.e. not
trying to link at the moment).
Is there a NO_SYS==1 with PPP example available? i.e. callback initialisation,
main loop, etc.
As an aside, how stable is 1.4.0 likely to be? 1.3.2 has behaved very well,
and there appear to be a lot of changes between 1.3.2 and CVS HEAD.
Regards,
Mykola

Should work in CVS HEAD. Also, an 1.4.0 release candidate is about to be
released in the next weeks or so...

That should work, too, but it seems like you are having network problems
somewhere. At least it works for me, sorry I can't help you on that.
