Probably not, but I'd rather not for two reasons:

1) It would probably be a lot of effort to support it, as it would
undoubtedly throw up lots of other problems or issues, and people might
need help getting it working.  lwIP is already pretty short on
development resource and has more pressing priorities.

2) It's low on the priorities as it doesn't fit well with the
lightweight goal of lwIP, and there is usually a better way to achieve
the same result.
