[lwip-members] working on a branch

Hello,

I have started working on a branch of the 'lwip' module,
called 'leon-dhcp'.

This will not affect any of you, but I would like to merge the
branch back before any real big changes are done to lwIP.

It's aim is to support network interface flags and DHCP integration.

In the area of netif flags, I would like to add these flags to an interface
(to start with).

NETIFF_UP
NETIFF_BROADCAST
NETIFF_POINTTOPOINT
NETIFF_DHCP
NETIFF_LINKLOST

I will document the somewhat-new DHCP interface once finished.
