Follow-up Comment #19, bug #11400 (project lwip):

Using pbuf_copy() only if there is a PBUF_REF in the queue would be best, I
think.

Copying only if the first pbuf is a _REF could also do the trick but I don't
know the full code in detail, so I don't know if modifying an existing pbuf
queue would do harm to other areas of the stack.
