[lmi] Segfault: new wx vs. old wxPdfDoc?

Trying to run a group quote produces a segfault. Could it be that we
need to update wxPdfDoc now that we've updated wx? Or should I just
try rebuilding wxPdfDoc (which I didn't do but probably should have)?

lmi_wx_shared.exe caused an Access Violation at location 6470d8d0 in module 
wxmsw310u_gcc_gcc-491-47e4a36d8164ec4c69cab68a3d05f951.dll Reading from
