 Please notice that these patches are also available at

        https://github.com/vadz/lmi/pull/3

and that the version there is newer than the ones from the email above
(there have been no changes to the patches themselves, but they should
apply without any offset to the latest sources).

 There is the is_okay_to_run_group_quote patch that I still hope to finish
today.

 And there are issues with multiline strings in single line text controls
(rendering, pasting, ...) which hope to look into, but I'm not sure if I
can really improve things there.

 Many other things I'd like to do can/will wait until after the release.
