Many menu items have an "accelerator" letter underlined, e.g., "E_xit" on the
"File" menu. Under certain circumstances, the underlines are not shown.

It was hard to figure out exactly how to reproduce this because it's so easy:
  open lmi
  left-click "File"
That's all there is to it: the "x" in "Exit" is not underlined.

The expected underline is shown if you use the keyboard to pull down the "File"
menu (alt-F), or even if you press and release alt and then use the mouse to
pull the menu down.

My local tree (with group premium quotes) behaves exactly the same in all these
respects as an lmi version archived 20150413T1546Z.
