[lmi] Copyright notices updated; 'aclocal/wxwin.m4', too

Apparently 'aclocal/wxwin.m4' was touched but not actually changed:

Except for this yearly copyright update, I always name all files
in an 'svn commit' command. In this case, though, I don't, because
there are just too many. I was surprised to see this '.m4' file:

/lmi/src/lmi[0]$svn commit -m"Update copyright notices"
Sending        COPYING.html
Sending        ChangeLog
[...]
Sending        aclocal/wxwin.m4

but its byte count and contents appear to be unchanged. This is
especially strange because this is my first-ever commit from an
msw vm, and my local copy was a fresh checkout.

Well, no harm done AFAICS.
