[lmi] Latest Calc Summary Problems

Observed with gnome-xml-branch taken 2006-11-08 15:00 UTC.

1) Zeroes showing after lapse - this can be observed by
creating an illustration using all default values except
change the 'Individual payment' on the Payments tab to 3000.
Observe the policy lapses after the 12th year but data rows
with zero values continue to show. Values should only show
up to and including the lapse year of the longest basis.
For any basis that lapses prior to the longest [e.g. Guar
before Curr], zeroes would show for those intervening years.

2) Properties dialog - if you make all the column selections
'none', the Calc Summary displays the header information with
a blank body and the 'Age' column heading but no data. To
eliminate the possibility of this happening, dialog should
be updated where it is required that at least one column is
selected that is not 'none'.
