I can’t use the authentication name as the user ID with Megapath. They are not the same. A quick Google search of SIP username and authentication name seems to indicate that they can be different values. Does Linphone only work if User ID and Authentication name are the same?

Have you tried using Authorization name as your SIP identity, e.g. sip:address@hidden?
The user id could be just the Megapath ID and as such not important for a SIP account..

A quick warning first, never post your actual password public like this! This should be quite obvious. Unless its a dummy password. If not, quickly go and change it asap.
