C:\git\Linphone\bin>linphonec ortp-error-Fail to load plugin ./lib/mediastreamer/plugins\libmsbcg729-0.dll ortp-error-Fail to load plugin ./lib/mediastreamer/plugins\libmsilbc-0.dllMaybe there's a way to specify the plugin path? (maybe it's a Win32 path issue?) Maybe there's an incompatible difference between the 3.5.2's libortp-8 and the current libortp-9, and the different mediastreamer dlls?
The files are there: in that directory under bin (which is an odd place for them, but that's how it once worked).

I've been trying to compile 9579f5f78241 and a4763c9506e6 (which is the node that contains the autoconf fixes), ORTP and MEDIASTREAMER says yes during ./configure, but during compilation only bcg729 is built, msbcg729 isn't.
