it relies on a G729 library produced by Analog Devices, Inc:
http://blackfin.uclinux.org/gf/project/uclinux-dist/scmsvn/trunk/lib/libbfgdots/

but the codec is all written in Blackfin assembly so it's only usable
on Blackfin processors
