Are there any depository for such scores?

I'm pretty sure these example scores are generated from some code, but I don't recall off the top of my hat where they are stored. But you may want to have a look at http://www.mutopiaproject.org/ which provides lots of scores of various complexity, as PDF *and* .ly files.
