LilyPond is a text-based product there is no GUI so no Wizard.

While I am telling you to RTFM, you will really benefit from the
Learning Manual, it covers all the basics but also touches on the
things you want to do.

You won't get a template unless someone has already done the work -
which I doubt for these specific things.

Also take a look at

As some of the complicated stuff will have already been done in some
shape or form. But you will need to put some work in yourself.

If you do run into problems the email list is very helpful but if you
incluide any examples, make sure they are small ones else you will
likely not get any help to debug a full score.
