Absolutely.  As I always use Dutch notation I'm personally unaffected by  
this change, but users of English notation must be consulted first, even  
though this is just an enhancement.  Assuming it goes ahead, it would merit  
only the slightest change to the documentation, perhaps a footnote to the  
table of accidentals in the NR.
