http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2146As a nice aside, PDF files of our docs seem to be 3 or 4 MB smaller with this patch. I haven't carefully checked, though.
If you think this map file should be distributed in binaries and documented so that lilypond-book/TeX users can benefit from it, please say so, I'll upload another patch.
