I recall that Jonathan helpfully added astyle 2.02.1, quite sensibly not  
realizing that 2.02.1 produces different output from 2.02.  Hence my  
comment 15.

An ideal lilydev would have version 2.02 exactly (until we update to  
2.02.1, which could potentially happen anytime somebody wants to do a few  
hours of work).  That could be done by finding that exact package  
(possible, but could introduce other problems), or compiling it manually.   
I recommend compiling it manually.
