This time, ToxCore. and for and IDE I currently use Code::Blocks but Im
thinkng of trying Intellij IDEA because it supports C/C++ now.

My problem is the structure of C/C++ projects, and dependacies. Java is
simple source in /src libs in /libs, for C there is that /m4 directory
that sometimes has src in it too and libraries are arguments/parameters
for the compiler.

I guess I am just wanting something like gradle to save me.
I know C/C++ but I don't practice it until now so this is still confusing.
