Re: [libextractor] exv_conf.h missing

I forgot to add that header to the tgz (partially because exiv2 support was not
supposed to be activated yet and that file will likely be generated to some
extend in the future).  Anyway, I have attached a version of the file that
should work (just copy to src/plugins/exiv2/).  Alternatively, remove "exiv2"
from src/plugins/Makefile.am.

This will certainly be fixed in the next release, which I hope will be soon
(just waiting for a tiny fix in libexiv2).
