Launchpad is not free software and doesn't communicate with any other
system.  There are many projects which have big problems because there
are incorrect translations on launchpad which have never been
submitted to the project, the project has no permission to edit and
the mistranslations replace the official translations in Ubuntu.

So, please delete https://launchpad.net/koha

Not as far as I know.  The manual has been prepared on Google Sites,
which apparently has no translation or export facilities.
