It's something that is historic... something like 4 years ago, someone french
wrote the UNIMARC plugins for coded fields. The guy made a mistake : he wrote
all of the plugins directly in french.
Nobody ever did the job to rewrite them in english.
All strings are UNIMARC related, and thus UNIMARC specific. So, if you use
marc21, you can ignore them safely. english speaking ppl all use marc21, and
none of them ever saw this problem.

koha.org is moving to a new platform (zope), that will give tools to translate
the manual. In the meantime, no specific project.
