yes it has truss. i checked already all the files it tries to open, only the 
/var/run/ldap_cache_door and syslog_door are missing, but they shouldn't be 
required in the jail if I'm correct.

I guess solaris hase something similar to strace, can you use it to find
what it tries to open?
