You can just download it now, it won't change any more. If they ever remove it, I'll have (or can make) a copy of course.

Unfortunately you cannot automatically use it in install.packages() AFAIK, it is a bit that they kicked out the package from CRAN....

I am running igraph under R, currently igraph version 0.5.x.
Is there a (simple) way I can rename my current  R igraph library  to igraph0 and then install igraph 0.6 from CRAN?

Running it in R 2.14 on a Mac.
