[igraph] igraph and igraph0

Now that CRAN is not supporting igraph0, as I upgrade my computers I am having, 
or will soon have, legacy problems.

I am running igraph under R, currently igraph version 0.5.x.
Is there a (simple) way I can rename my current  R igraph library  to igraph0 
and then install igraph 0.6 from CRAN?

Running it in R 2.14 on a Mac.
