Hi Gábor,

I actually have the same problem as Mike in (sorry, just subsrcibed, so I can't 
reply to the original thread):

Bascially, under Windows 7 32bit, in RGui, Packages > Install package(s); 
igraph 
is not in the list.

In the prompt, this gives
> install.packages("igraph")
Warning message:
In getDependencies(pkgs, dependencies, available, lib) :
  package ‘igraph’ is not available


If i download the zip file, uncompress it and install it in 
/R/R-2.12.0/library/, i get
> library(igraph)
Error: package 'igraph' is not installed for 'arch=i386'

how should I install igraph?
