However, I am having some problems:
First, all files c:/Octave/3.3.90/bin/*.exe were not executable as downloaded. Easy to fix. chmod +x *.exe
However, c:/Octave/3.3.90/bin/octave-3.3.90.exe or c:/Octave/3.3.90/bin/octave.exe
terminates:
MINGW32_NT-6.1 HDF-CHIBANDA 1.0.16(0.48/3/2) 2010-09-29 00:07 i686 Msys
Doubly-clicking the shortcut 'C:\octave\3.3.90\bin\octave-3.3.90'
has the same result, only it also opens an application window.
