SECS1D -> Using DDGgummelmap

Hi to all,
I'm trying tu use the SECS1D package for my simulations, but I have
encountered some problems with idata.
First of all:


%            idata.l2   scaled electric permittivity (diffusion
coefficient in Poisson equation)
%            idata.un   scaled electron mobility
%            idata.up   scaled electron mobility
%            idata.nis  scaled intrinsic carrier density
%            idata.tn   scaled electron lifetime
%            idata.tp   scaled hole lifetime

How much must these values be scaled?
Is there any example somewhere about using DDGgummelmap for a p-n Diode?
