Octave 2.1.92 did not do real time plot

I have written an example script for one dimensional
thermal diffusion eq. for an educational purpose.

For the octave 2.1.50 and 2.1.73 for windws (cygwin), a
real time plot was successful.
However, for 2.9.12 (MSVC by Michael and cygwin by
myself), real time plot was not successful.

What do I have to do for 2.9.xx?
