Dear all,
I'm a newbie on Windows...
I've installed Cygwin and Octave 2.1.73 from Cygwin on my Windows machine.
However, I'd prefer Octave 2.9.x for various reasons (for instance, 2.9.x
seems to use the same colors and symbols for plotting in X11 and when
saved into an EPS file). How do I update/install 2.9.x on Cygwin? My
Cygwin setup program only gives me 2.1.x.
