Scheffé post hoc test

Dear coleagues

Is there a function to compute p value of anova one-way post hoc Scheffé 
test?? Four steps are necessary
1) SSbetween = Sum of Square between
somatory of treatments/n- sum of
treatments (e.g. treat. A + treat. B + ...)
2)MSbetwenn - Mean Squares between
SSbetween/df between
3)MSwithin =  Mean Square within
SSwithin/dfwithin and
4)test F Snedecor
F=MSbetween/MSwithin
and so compares the critical p value
of table with p value of analysis
to accept or reject H0.
