Right, I'm not really interested in moving the Octave ftp or web
sites, though I am interested in knowing what needs to be done so that
octave.org points to the current site.

If someone else wants to maintain a separate ftp archive for
contributed code, that would be great.  But I can't be involved in
setting it up or maintaining it, since I don't have time for that.

So far, no one has volunteered to take over maintenance of the FAQ
either (hint, hint...).
