DLD tutorial and octave-plplot for Debian

The manual for the current release includes a description of the
example oregonator.cc file, and a pointer to a number of other
examples in the Octave sources.  Unfortunately, there isn't much other
documentation, unless you count the bits of help that have been posted
to this mailing list.
