We branched off iPXE mainline at commit c7051d8 (Jan 1 2014) then 
cherry-picked commits 73d1ff0 ("Patch to bludgeon snponly.efi back to 
life") and f411dce ("Clean up the restoration of snponly.efi a little 
bit") from the xcat repository 
(https://git.ipxe.org/vendor/xcat/ipxe.git).  We build the snponly.efi 
target, as the so-called "hardware-optimized" drivers in other targets 
appear to be quite unstable and buggy.
