Typically, you can use the same username and password that you have to
type into outlook. Maybe the admin did this? It is not the same as
your windows logon. My Outlook doesn't do authentication, but I may
be confused about what "Outlook" I am using... It doesn't say express
anywhere. However, it is Outlook 2000 and I am sure there are many
versions, each one incompatible with the last.
The "Tools|Accounts" menu takes me to a dialog where I can highlight
an account and pick properties. This takes me to another dialog with
a server tab. The password and user name here are what I use with
"mail-sources" in Gnus.
