[h-e-w] clearcase.el

I am looking for a/the clearcase integration with Emacs.
The Lisp archive: ftp://archive.cis.ohio-state.edu/pub/emacs-lisp/README 
is temporarily closed at the moment although it does not have it.
The Emacs Wiki, http://www.emacswiki.org has one irrelevent match when
searching for clearcase
Google only turns up the clearcase.el file for XEmacs.

Does anyone know if this works with FSF Emacs?

I am using Emacs 20.7 but anticipate supporting Emacs 21 in the near future
too.
