http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html lays down four criteria for
software to be considered free. The software in question might meet
freedom 2, but certainly not any of the others; although the sole
restriction that prevents it from meeting freedom 0 might be
considered a noble restriction by many in the internet community.
