Sounds good.  Future-proof too.

I think it would be nice to have some kind of summary of All Guile
Extensions, but an index is probably not the best way to do that.
Perhaps we should list such extensions (in a friendly, introductory
sort of way) in a new section in the Introduction to Guile part?
