I'm happy for references to it to be added to man pages, etc. Or for
people to put links to it on their web pages. It's not really `open
for business' yet though, e.g. I haven't announced it anywhere, as I'm
still adding structure, with quite a lot of content still missing.
Here's where I was thinking of announcing it. If anyone knows of any
extra places please let me know.
