This is probably a fair amount of work, but it would be nice if both
"books" sections included the year of publication & number of pages
in each entry.

Also, I'm not sure exactly why Martin Richards is included in the
"Who's who" page... from what I was able to find, he invented BCPL
(one of the programming languages used in one of troff's ancestors)
but if that's the only link, we should also include the person who
invented PDP assembly language. :-)  Or perhaps a sentence per person
to explain their contribution would be good... not everyone knows
who Joe Ossanna is, for example.
