The digits come from your GNSS receiver.  Make a scatterplot with
gpsprof to determine how significant they are.

Well, you have to start your gpsd somehow!

And your GNSS receiver has a configuration.  If you don't know, then
it if lukely still the default one.  BUt you don't know unless you check.
