Thanks, good info.  Since RINEX allows 0.001 as a minimum, I'll
prgram to taht.

Then you have to throw all of gpsd away.  :-)

Easy with ubxtool.

Or with gpsd.  Live or captured, the raw data has to through gpsd to get
to gpsrinex.

Easier said than done.  But worth a shot.

I'll make --interval a float today in git head and see how that works.
