NRCan explicitly offers dynamic, they call is "Kinematic", PPP.

Yeah, but... The origins of those services were rooted in static services. And while it's better, RINEX origins didn't handle dynamic environments in v1 very well at all. I recognize things have changed, and gotten, for some value, better, though.
